Workshop 2

The Four Keys to Emotional Genius
In the second workshop you will explore the 4 keys to Emotional Genius: 1. Welcome all your emotions equally. 2. Understand emotional intensities. 3. Identify multiple emotions. 4. Learn how to channel your emotions.

Workshop 3

How your Emotions Work

Workshop 4

Empathic Mindfulness Practices
The last in the series of 4 Workshops focuses on DEI empathic mindfulness practices which can help you develop healthy empathy and self care skills. These practices will also help you access the many gifts and skills of your emotions.

Simple and easy art practices will be employed to help facilitate the flow of your ideas. No previous experience in art is required.

What you will need for the workshops

Paper (around 20 sheets of A4 printer paper is suitable), and any kind of coloured pencils, pens and crayons or paints.
