Introductory Lesson
The first lesson is a relaxed introduction to the Alexander Technique. You’ll have a chance to ask questions and get a feel for how the work can be applied in daily life.
After an initial conversation, we’ll explore simple movements and activities together such as sitting, standing, walking or any activity that feels relevant to you. You’ll begin to notice how small changes in awareness and coordination can bring more ease and freedom.
There’s no need to prepare or know anything in advance. The lesson is an opportunity to experience the work directly and to see whether it feels like a good fit for you.
